Online Journalism Blog headlines - Blogs and news ideas: “The canary in the mine”The graphs are telling. I’ll let them do the talking.(N = 200 blogging journalists responded in total, from 30 different countries)In addition to the great data and insights that are shared by the Online Journalism Blog, I am particularly taken by the fact that there is a category that allows a respondent to say blogs have completely changed the way they report. That is, as they say in online-speak, teh awesome. Combining the three categories of Completely, Enormously and Quite a Bit seems to account for at least half of all responses. Not that there are very many people left who don’t know, see or believe that online communities, reporters and media-makers are making an impact… but in case you know any of these 7 people, make sure to share these graphs with them. The Online Journalism Blog is run by Paul Bradshaw (no relation, but great last name). Facebook group here and Paul’s Twitter profile here.
