IN THIS LESSON
You are wonderful,
just the way you are.
Have you ever been called “too much” of something? Or received feedback that seemed to question the core of who you are? Often, well-meaning voices try to “edit” parts of us that don’t fit neatly into their expectations or values.
But what if those very qualities—the ones labeled as “too intense,” “too ambitious,” or “too different”—are actually your strengths? In this lesson, we challenge the need to tone down your essence and explore how to decide when, where, and with whom you choose to fully own it.
Together we explore topics including, but not limited to:
Which value system is deeming something you are or are doing is “too much”? Do the values align with yours? Is the voice a trusted one you want to listen to, or a false one you want to avoid?
What about your abundance might be threatening to others? Is your “too much” something you want to only bring out in certain settings? Is it something you want to own, always? Or do you want to curb it, sometimes or forever?
